[23:51:24] <furrywolf> I want to cut out a wheel center for a truck rim, out of heavy steel plate. it's about 6" around. it needs holes with tapers for lug nuts, lightening holes outside of that, a complete outside cut to size from rough-cut or square plate, semicircles cut from the outside edge to prevent trapped rocks, some form of decoration, then finally the center cut out.
