[02:27:09] <Tom_itx> pcw_home, i ran a couple .vhd files to check the timing as you suggested. first i took a stock SVST2_4_7I47.vhd and it did ok, then i did the custom one with the sserial and it failed to meet the timing constraints

[03:54:08] <Tom_itx> pcw_home, i'm sure each module varies on it's timing constraints but have you tested to see how many can be active in a bit file?
