I've spent roughly 7 hours working on adding RTAI 3.8 (latest) and EMC 2.4.3 to several linux distros (using packages) and if somebody has ncurses and screen installed, or qt3, you could save me roughly 2 hours, by spending a few minutes. If you are interested, let me know. keep in mind this is for other users, not me personally.
