the electric company had 10 trucks on my street for the nth time this year. I think it would be cheaper if they just ripped everything up and went for the do-over
the transformer explosion the other night was entertaining
they accused me of cutting the line when I dug up a bush
I told them I hoped it was buried down more than 6 inches
that ain't going to blow up a transformer
who knows what their problem is, the transformer thing is fairly constant
one every few months
my phone line is buried about 1/4" deep as it crosses my driveway
I've seen cable tv lines buried at 4"
I soldered them back together :)
When I lived in Louisiana the cable was just thrown down in the neighbors yard
every time he cut the grass he cut the cable up into bits
in Ohio it was run overhead, that made for easy stealing

yeah, for the most part you can. depends on the college. not all the courses you want to take will count towards your major
So, it would be easy to add programming, and even robotics or automatising, to mechanics.
most mechanical engineering degrees include some robotics and programming in the curriculum.
but it depends on the school
can you imagine I can derive many formulae from polynomial, but I has forgot many things from physics and electronics?
