[20:51:18] <alex_joni> 2. I suppose those are OK for lyx 1.4.x and the converter doesn't get rid of them, but the 1.3.x converter pukes (it generates some dodgy latex, which afterwards breaks some things .. I got an error related to FLUSHLEFT beeing undefined
[20:51:54] <alex_joni> (my guess is that it generates another \begin{flushleft} in the chapter, which stays then active and messes the ones defined locally up
